Group Calisthenics Training

For my CAS project I joined a calisthenics club at my school. Every group of 10-15 boys around my age go to the bars and train hard as steel to improve our strength and health. It is a very positive community, where every man tries to push one another to get stronger. It is very inspiring, and sometimes even nearby workers (such as technicians at the school, or others maintaining the facility.) get motivated to join in with us and follow our training. There is a very high emphasis on working as a group. The goal of the activities are for everybody to get stronger and healthier, and improve themselves both physically and mentally.

The memories we made together mean a lot to me, and I will remember them fondly. When I leave this school and reach my next destination, I will give high efforts to find a similar group of boys, so I can continue the brotherhood we left behind. I feel very motivated to go to calisthenics events now, for example, there is a “Maximum Dips at a time” competition coming up in my city soon, and I will go to it.
