Kristen McHorris is the Medical Provider at the U.S. Embassy Sofia’s Health Unit. Kristen has also served on missions in South Korea, China, Hong Kong SAR, and India. She received her master’s in science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from George Washington University in Washington D.C. Kristen also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Panama for three years and worked for seven years in international development implementing health projects overseas. Kristen’s daughter attends AAS in Grade 7. In 2023, they arrived in Sofia and look forward to being a part of the AAS community.
