PTO International Fair
What it is about?
The PTO International Fair is the biggest community event at AAS. It takes place on Saturday, June 13, 2026 and gathers AAS families and friends for a day of fun activities and international cuisine. It is a great opportunity to meet friends, network and present your business among the international and local community at AAS.
Please note that due to security reasons, if you plan to attend the event and are not a member of the AAS community, you need to email pto@aas-sofia.org to be included in the guest list.
Why Join?

- An opportunity to support the students of AAS, the leading international school in Bulgaria. The funds from the PTO events are used to organize student events at AAS, assist the theatrical and sports events at the school, organize author visits to AAS Sofia, organize craft fairs, cultural performances, etc.
How To Get Involved?
The PTO needs money donations for student programmes.
The PTO also needs donations of beverages, snacks, and raffle items for the events.
Sponsorship levels based on the money or in-kind donations are below:
Gold Sponsorship - 2000 EURO
- At the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year, 8-week prominent presence of your company banner on the AAS PTO l webpage and above the leading article in the Weekly Howl newsletter, reaching over 1000 AAS community members every week
- The most visible logo on the sponsor's wall on the day of the biggest events during the year (International Fair and Welcome Back Barbeque).
- Acknowledgment on stage (in front of the school community and guests) on the day of the events. (International Fair and Welcome Back Barbeque)
- Participation in the InfoMarket at the Welcome Back Barbeque.
Silver Sponsorship - 1000 EURO
- At the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year, 4-week prominent presence of your company banner on the AAS PTO webpage.
- Logo on the sponsor's wall on the day of the biggest events during the year (International Fair and Welcome Back Barbeque).

General Sponsorsip - Up to 1000 EURO
(Kindly contribute from 200 to 1000 Euro)
