Teaching candidates must have:
  • A valid teaching credential from the UK, US or a country formally recognized as English-speaking OR a teaching credential that is approved by the Republic of Bulgaria.
  • A Bachelor’s (or higher) Degree from a recognized college or university in the subject or age level of the teaching assignment.
  • Evidence of 2 years successful experience.
Classroom Teaching Assistants (CTAs) must have:
  • A High School diploma with preference given to those with higher degrees and teaching credentials.
  • Demonstrated fluency in English.
  • Experience working with children in an instructional environment.
  • Willingness to be a Bus Monitor in the morning and afternoon; flexibility to work in classrooms throughout the organization.
Support Staff must have:
  • Technical skills, competence, and education related to the position.
  • Demonstrated fluency (or willingness to learn) in English.
  • Prior experience in jobs related to the position.
