Capital Fee and
Entrance Capital Fee AAS intends to allocate the stated part of fees toward construction of the new school building and facilities, but retains absolute discretion in allocating to the Capital Fund. The Capital Fee and Entrance Capital Fee represent an integral part of the overall school fees and are not refundable even if the student leaves the school prior to the completion of the school year. Additional Fees Additional school fees may be assessed in either EURO €, US $ or Bulgarian Leva for other purposes, such as: external examination fees, graduation fees, yearbook, or up to 100% of the cost of transportation for athletic or activity trips. Such fees will be paid in cash at the cashier’s office. Partial Year Enrolment or Early Withdrawal If a child is enrolled or withdrawn for any part of a fiscal quarter, tuition fees shall be paid on a pro-rated bases: - From 0 to 5 school days attended - pro-rated on a daily basis for tuition fees - From 6 to 20 school days attended - 50% of the quarter’s tuition fees are charged - For more than 20 school days attended -100% of the quarter’s tuition fees are charged Miscellany The Registration Fee is assessed on new students or on students returning to AAS after more than one year of absence. The Registration Fee is nonrefundable except in situations where enrolment is denied due to space limitations. The Bus Fee is optional and is assessed for the annual amount of EUR €1,335.
