MusicThe Anglo-American School has a well-balanced music program that takes your child through the musical experience from Pre-School to Grade 9. Through active participation in singing, playing instruments, moving and composing, children learn about music in its different forms and styles.The program encourages students to explore their potential by providing opportunities for development of musical, artistic, and performance skills, and teaches concentration, creativity, and cooperation.The music teachers often coordinate with other teachers to support different areas of the curriculum. In addition to the regular program, co-curricular choices include: Junior Choir, Senior Choir, Band Formation, Class Piano, Musicals, and a Private Instrumental Program (drums, guitar, piano, violin, and other).
