Current teaching qualification from the UK, US or a country formally recognized as English-speaking, or a teaching credential approved by the Republic of Bulgaria
Minimum of 2 years of recent, preferably international teaching experience and police background check information
Ability to create an effective classroom and demonstrate application of best practices in teaching and learning methodology
Ability to integrate current technology into teaching, desire to be a part of curriculum development
Willingness to participate in co-curricular and athletic programs
Strong interpersonal skills, love kids and a robust sense of humor
Classroom Teaching Assistants (CTAs) must have:
A High School diploma with preference given to those with higher degrees and teaching credentials
Demonstrated fluency in English
Experience working with children in an instructional environment
Willingness to be a Bus Monitor in the morning and afternoon; flexibility to work in classrooms throughout the organization
Support Staff must have:
Technical skills, competence, and education related to the position
Demonstrated fluency (or willingness to learn) in English.
